Take a moment to pause midweek—to wind down, reset, and prepare your body and mind for the long weekend ahead. This special event blends grounding yoga with transformative pranayama breathwork—creating space to move, feel, and come home to yourself.
Through breath, we return to the body.
We slow down.
We create space to feel—to notice what’s ready to be released and what’s longing to be embraced. Join us for an intentional journey inward through the ancient practice of pranayama—designed to balance your energy, calm your mind, and awaken deeper awareness.
In this session, you’ll be guided to:
•Ground yourself in the present moment
•Release heavy emotions, limiting beliefs, and stored stress
•Regulate and restore your nervous system
•Cultivate inner peace and clarity
•Connect deeply—with yourself and with others in a heart-centered community
It’s a return—to stillness, to truth, and to you.
This special, in-person event is held by Kathryn (yoga) and Alex (breathwork). 40mins of slow-flow yoga to release energy from the body and prepare for the 40min breathwork experience.
